1. About Workforce Master
Workforce Master is a workforce management software service provided by AM. The service helps businesses manage employees, attendance, timesheets, payroll information, leave, projects, reports, payslips, and related workforce information.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Workforce Master, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you use Workforce Master on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act on behalf of that organization.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activities performed through your account and should notify AM promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
5. Company and Employee Data
Customers may enter information about their companies, employees, attendance, timesheets, salaries, leave, projects, and other workforce information into Workforce Master. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to collect and use that information.
6. Payroll Information
Workforce Master provides tools for calculating, organizing, and displaying payroll-related information. Payroll calculations depend on the information and rules configured by the customer. Customers remain responsible for reviewing payroll results and ensuring compliance with applicable employment, tax, wage, overtime, and other legal requirements.
7. Free Trial
Workforce Master may provide a three-day free trial. Trial availability and features may be changed or discontinued by AM. Unless otherwise stated, paid subscription terms apply after the trial period ends.
8. Subscriptions and Plans
Workforce Master may offer different subscription plans, including Pro, Premium, and Platinum plans. Prices, features, billing periods, and availability are displayed on the service or checkout page at the time of purchase.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment according to the selected plan and payment method.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Subscription cancellation and refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing a subscription.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not use Workforce Master to violate applicable laws, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, abuse the service, or use the service for fraudulent or harmful activities.
12. Intellectual Property
Workforce Master, including its software, design, branding, interface, documentation, and related materials, is owned by or licensed to AM and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Your Content
You retain ownership of information and content that you submit to Workforce Master. You grant AM the limited rights necessary to host, process, store, and display that information for the purpose of providing the service.
14. Third-Party Services
Workforce Master may integrate with third-party services such as payment providers, hosting providers, authentication services, email services, or other technology providers. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
15. Service Availability
We aim to keep Workforce Master available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Maintenance, infrastructure problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
16. Security
AM takes reasonable measures to protect the Workforce Master service and customer information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
17. Suspension or Termination
AM may suspend or terminate an account if the user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or harmful activity, fails to make required payments, or creates a security or legal risk.
18. Disclaimer
Workforce Master is provided as a software service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AM makes no guarantee that the service will meet every specific business requirement or that all calculations, reports, or information entered by users will be free from errors.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AM will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from the use of Workforce Master. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
20. Changes to These Terms
AM may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms may be published on the Workforce Master website. Continued use of the service after an update means that you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
21. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which AM is legally established, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
